¿Can I wish for (meet.) a person to be friend, relationship, family?; but whose characteristics are so specific that only seems visible in my imagination and therefore, "non-existent" beyond my thoughts?

Yes - definately. There are more than 7 billion people in the world. There is a chance that one of them will match your wish.
